Loc Seeds Policy

1. No refund on deposit.

2. No call, no show, will result in your card being charged for full service. Anything later than 15 minutes requires a rescheduling and a late cancellation fee.

3.  You must reschedule 48 hrs in advance for a rescheduling fee of $25.

4. No deposit means no appointment.  

5. Microloc, Loc Extensions, and Loc Repairs will be billed.If your service exceeds the listed (or quoted) hours, there will be an additional charge per hour at the salon's market price.

6. You must have 3 inches ALL around to be serviced for Loc Extensions.

7. Loc Extensions and repair work comes with a 3 month warranty. Warranty includes crochet maintenance for the next 3 appointments, which equates to 3 months, for extensions installed by Loc Seeds ONLY.

8. No pets allowed.

9. If you are experiencing a sick day, services will be rescheduled.

10. All health and credit card information will remain on file and confidential. These files will ONLY be accessed by LocSeeds Management.

11. All product sales are final.

12. CBD products are used in all services.

Effective Immediately Notice

Dear Valued Clients,

We are implementing the following fees effective immediately to enhance our service quality and

ensure fair compensation for the time and care provided. These changes will help maintain the

integrity of your locs while encouraging regular upkeep.

​

1. Extensive New Growth Fee

A fee of $40 will apply to any current client who has not maintained monthly maintenance. More

than average new growth requires additional care and time per loc, which should encourage

routine maintenance and help avoid future loc repairs. This fee may also be applied to new

clients who opt out of the “new client intake consultation”. Our consultations verify potential

concerns before proceeding with maintenance.

2. Above Average Loc Count Maintenance Fee

For clients with sponge loc foundations or semi-micro locs: If you have more than 120 locs, a

$100 fee will be added to your maintenance bill.

If you have more than 200 locs, your appointment will be upgraded to our micro loc retie/retwist

service.

3. Repair Service Upgrade

If you have more than 10 individual locs that need repair, your service will be upgraded to our

full loc repair service. This ensures that the necessary care and time are allocated for a quality

outcome.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Fee

A fee of $55 will be applied to your bill for rescheduling or canceling appointments. This fee

helps cover the inconvenience caused by schedule changes, as our company may experience a

loss within potential bookings during the original blocked time. Please double-check your

schedule for accurate booking availability.

5. Same Day Service Fee

A fee of $60 will be added to your bill if you book an appointment on the same day. This

includes walk-in clients and those requesting to be serviced immediately.

6. Holiday Premium Fee

Our Holiday Premium Fees apply to services rendered on federal holidays. This fee

acknowledges increased demand and special preparations required. Specific details will be

provided, and the fee will be added to regular service charges for holiday appointments. Early

booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.

 

7. Travel Fee

Our Travel Fees apply to services provided outside our main location(s). This fee covers:

Distance-based charges

Time allocation

On-site setup

Travel companions

Parking and toll fees

Travel fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before booking. An estimate will be

provided based on your location, and early booking is encouraged.

8. Special Occasions Fee

A Special Occasions Fee, starting at $350, will be added to regular service fees for events such

as weddings and proms. This fee covers consultation, trial sessions, on-site services, advanced

styling, extended appointment time, product use, and post-event care. Package plans are

available for larger parties.

9. Misbooking Length or Service Fee

A fee of $55 will be added to your bill for misbooking your length (only when it allots more time

and maintenance). If you need to add on additional services that were not already booked (ex:

styles, treatments & repairs) then the fee will be added as an addition to the add on service and

original maintenance. Please note this is due to timing of maintenance. When your appointment

is misbooked it hinders our locticians from keeping an on time schedule. We want to ensure

each client gets the same respect & time for their booked services.
